These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are between Lions Olympiad (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) and you (“User(s)”, “You”, “Your”). By accessing our website and/or our app “Lions Olympiad”, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and other rules and policies published on the platform. If you do not agree or understand any part of these Terms, please discontinue use immediately. Your continued use signifies consent.
To use certain services, you may be required to create an account on the Lions Olympiad app or website. You may choose a username and password and may optionally link social media accounts (e.g., Google). You must keep your details current and accurate. We may collect personally identifiable information such as name, address, email, phone, and demographic information (age, gender, etc.). If you link social accounts, we may receive basic information from those platforms. Collection and use of information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
By creating an account, you confirm that information provided is accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for activities on your account and for safeguarding your password. Lions Olympiad is not liable for losses due to unauthorized account use; you are liable for losses caused to Lions Olympiad or others due to such use. We assume no responsibility for user content uploaded to the platform; users are solely responsible for their actions and use of such content.
Lions Olympiad grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the platform on your device, subject to:
This Agreement remains effective until terminated by you or Lions Olympiad. You may terminate by discontinuing use. We may block, restrict, disable, suspend, or terminate access to free or paid services at our sole discretion without prior notice, including due to prolonged inactivity. If an account is deactivated for inactivity, its username may be reassigned without notice.
Users may create posts and/or upload content (“User Content”). By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

Services are available only in selected geographies of India. Persons incompetent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (including minors and undischarged insolvents) are not eligible to use the platform. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are legally competent, of sound mind, and not otherwise prohibited from entering into a binding contract. Where services are accessed for the benefit of a minor, you confirm that you can consent on the minor’s behalf. We may terminate or refuse registration/access if it is discovered that you are a minor.
The platform, processes, and their selection and arrangement (including text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, sounds, music, artwork, and code) are owned or controlled by Lions Olympiad and protected under applicable IPR laws. You agree not to copy, republish, frame, download, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works, rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, display, perform, license, sublicense, or reverse engineer the platform or services except as expressly authorized. You receive a limited license to access and display the platform’s web pages solely for personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify content and retain all notices. Rights granted constitute a license, not a transfer of title.
In relation to content submitted by you, you grant an unconditional, unlimited, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to Lions Olympiad and its affiliates/partners to display, store, host, publish, reproduce, transmit, communicate, modify, translate, distribute, or otherwise make such content available on or in relation to the services. Such content may remain available even after account termination if it has been shared, stored, or embedded by other users. You agree not to hold Lions Olympiad responsible for such activities.
We may amend these Terms and other policies at any time at our sole discretion. Your continued access or use of the platform and services constitutes acceptance of such amendments. Please check the platform regularly for the latest versions.
Your use of the platform is at your sole risk. We do not represent or guarantee that the platform will be error-free or free of viruses. The platform may experience outages, faults, or delays due to factors including technical difficulties, internet traffic, or infrastructure failures. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from your use of or reliance on information contained on or accessed through the platform.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lions Olympiad, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lions Olympiad and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential losses or damages, or loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, including but not limited to those resulting from: (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in User Content or other content; (ii) personal injury or property damage arising from access to or use of the platform; (iii) unauthorized access to or use of servers or personal/financial information; (iv) bugs, viruses, or similar transmitted by third parties; or (v) errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage incurred as a result of use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the platform.
Copyright in User Content published on the platform remains with the respective owners; Lions Olympiad may hold a limited license to publish such content, subject to these Terms. You must not use User Content as your own without prior permission of the content creator and Lions Olympiad. Platform content (including images, graphics, processes, software, and other materials) is owned by or licensed to Lions Olympiad and protected by copyright; you must not use it without prior permission. For clarity, platform content does not include User Content.
If you believe copyright-protected work has been used in User Content, you may report it using the report mechanism (if available) or write to us at info@lionsolympiad.org. Consider whether fair use/fair dealing or a similar exception applies before reporting.
Trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the platform are owned by Lions Olympiad (“Lions Olympiad Marks”). Do not use the Lions Olympiad Marks without permission or in any manner implying sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation. Unless you are a licensee, you are not permitted to make, sell, or distribute anything with our name or logo.

We accept major credit/debit cards, payment wallets, and bank transfers via net banking. Services remain the property of Lions Olympiad until payment is received in full. Transactions may reflect abbreviated merchant names on third-party statements; we have no control over this. To subscribe successfully, you must complete payment for the selected services.
Users may be charged a non-refundable enrollment fee for access to the platform, onboarding/guidance, user verification, and payment gateway charges.
Transactions on the platform are intended to be secure. Payment card information is not received or stored by us; it is provided directly to the authorized payment gateway compliant with applicable regulations and requirements.
Please read our Privacy Policy to make informed decisions regarding your personal information. Some information you provide (e.g., photographs) may reveal personal details (such as gender, nationality, or age). You acknowledge that such submissions are voluntary. You consent that we may access, preserve, and disclose information you provide during your use of the platform as described in the Privacy Policy, including disclosures to third parties.
If your use is found to be spam, misleading, malicious, annoying, or promotes unsolicited emails or postings, we may seek injunctive relief and may block, filter, or delete such messages at our discretion, in addition to other legal or equitable remedies.
This Agreement is effective unless terminated by you or us. You may terminate by discontinuing use. We may terminate the Agreement and deny access at any time without prior notice or liability. Indemnity obligations survive termination.
